Do you offer a free measure and quote?

Yes, we have a sales team operating in the Bay of Plenty and Waikato every day. They can come to you and give you a free consultation, measure and quote.

How long after ordering will it take to get my blinds installed?

Generally within 10 days of receipt of an order. This is subject to a fabrics availability and at times venetians and shutters may take a little longer.

I have young children, do you offer anything in regards to safety around the blinds?

We have a range of solutions available to make your blinds as safe as possible. Our team can talk through all of these options to make sure we find the best solution for you.

Which types of blinds can be motorised?

All of our roller blinds can be motorised and include an easy to use remote to control them. We also offer a device that allows you to control your blinds through an app on your mobile phone.

What warranty is included with your blinds?

Our roller blinds come with a 10 year warranty on fabric, operating mechanisms, and components. To see our full product warranty click here.

I currently have blinds in my windows that I want replaced, do you offer disposal services of old blinds?

Yes the installer can take down any existing blinds when installing the new ones. There will be a small additional charge that can be discussed with the sales team when receiving your quote.

Can I provide measurements and install the blinds myself?

Yes, however we don’t recommend it. All windows and installations are different and include a number of complexities that need to be accounted for when measuring and installing blinds. We provide a free measure and quote so it makes sense to take advantage of it.
